SHIPPING FEES AND DURATION

West Malaysia	RM7 (Orders below RM70) Free shipping for orders above RM70 1 to 3 business days after payment fulfillment
East Malaysia	RM11 (Orders below RM110) Free shipping for orders above RM110 7 to 10 business days after payment fulfillment

Our shipment is processed during business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) between the hours of 9.00am-17.00pm +8.00 GMT.

To ensure prompt delivery, kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate delivery address and contact details. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders received are subject to bank authorization and payment clearance prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed.

We work as timely as possible to get your package shipped out to you. However, with a high volume of orders, please allow us to take about 2-3 business days to pack up and ship out your order.

TAX & DUTIES

If your shipping address is within Malaysia, there will be NO tax or duty on your order.

For international orders, we will ship your package as a gift to avoid any unwanted custom charges & duties. However, should there be customs charges still, the buyer, are responsible for the fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. If you need more information regarding taxes and duties, kindly contact your local customs offices.

Any delays caused by customs clearance or items lost in transit, the responsibility is rest with the customer.
