To ensure your satisfaction upon receiving our products, a standard process of inspection will be done before dispatch. In any rare circumstances you find that the items you have ordered are damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service team within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery together with supporting evidence and order number. Any reimbursement is subject to our discretion.
In the event of any product(s) is missing or different from your order, please contact our customer service team within seven (7) business days from delivery and we will attend to you shortly.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by the carrier or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason, the purchase of our product(s) of which you are not satisfied with, you may return the product(s) in its original condition together with the proof of original receipt within seven (7) business days from delivery.
To initiate the return and refund process, you must inform us via email to our customer service team within seven (7) business days from delivery with supporting evidence (picture of your item and its condition) and order number.
Once the return request is approved by the customer service team via email, please deliver the product(s) to the mailing address provided in the email.
You will have to bear the delivery costs incurred during the return process and you shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the returned products(s) until it reaches us. We will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product(s) prior to receiving it.
Upon receipt of the product(s) in its original condition and the proof of original receipt, we will inspect the product(s) and notify via email if you are entitled to a refund which takes up to seven (7) business days. If you do receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund as shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund credit shall be received via the original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or e-wallet issuer's policies.
If in any unforeseen circumstances and the return product(s) are not received by us within fourteen (14) business days after the return request is approved by the customer service via email, the return and refund request will be void.
If you buy any CLEARiTA/VERDURE LUMIERE product(s) from unauthorized retailers, websites or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
CLEARiTA/VERDURE LUMIERE reserves the right of final decision if the product(s) returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We strive to deliver your order within the delivery time stipulated. However please note that in the event of stock unavailability of item(s) ordered, we may need to source from other stock locations. We will inform you within 2-3 business days and we seek your kind understanding in the delay of the shipment pertaining to stock availability. In the event of stock unavailability in all stock locations, full refund will be made to you.
